Please note if you are the great state of North Carolina you will be charged 8.25% sales tax.

-Are your sizes listed in U.K. or U.S. sizes?  All our sizes on the site are listed in U.S. sizes. 

-How much is it to ship to my country?  Shipping is calculated during checkout, but if you want an estimate you can go to USPS.com.  Enter your country and a general rule is a box of shoes weigh approximately 3 lbs.

-How long does it take to get to my country?  Depending on your countries customs it takes approximately 1-2 weeks. 

-Can I return items for a refund?  No, sorry we are a small store and only offer store credit.  We will give you an online credit that is good for one year.  More info on returns can be found on our shipping info page.
